To the gritty ones
It was today's years old,
this very self same day,
when another self identifying retard ,
showed me an error in my way,
Solid to liquid eh ?
Not a chemist in high school ?
Did I want a gritty mess ?
Was I joking, nae if not kidding,
And trying to play the fool ?
For all these years,
In all this time,
To innumerable forgotten mugs,
To the picking teeth,
To the Clearing lip,
And tonguing of the gums,
Was I really, truely, today years old,
And never knew, noticed it, or spoke ?
Had I been living inside my head ?
For all this time and never got the joke ?
But now I also brace for impact,
While pulling another's tale appart,
How am I not the greater fool,
to share this upstaging brain fart ?
